Something that's been on my to-do list for awhile has been fencing armor. I
have a tunic from Triplette that works great in winter, but has you dying of
heat stroke in the summertime just after you put it on. So it was time to
make lighter-weight armor. Here is my first fencing doublet, made of three
layers of trigger. The shirt was bought from Gypsy Peddlar, but I altered
it to deal properly with a feminine figure. :)
I also made a fencing shirt out of linen, with much longer cuffs to better fit in the fencing gloves. Here I am wearing it with a pair of drawstring pants I made from more heavy-weight linen that I use when I'm on the heavy fighting field. |
