Something that's been on my to-do list for awhile has been fencing armor. I
have a tunic from Triplette that works great in winter, but has you dying of
heat stroke in the summertime just after you put it on. So it was time to
make lighter-weight armor. Here is my first fencing doublet, made of three
layers of trigger. The shirt was bought from Gypsy Peddlar, but I altered
it to deal properly with my feminine figure. :)
Here is a navy fleur de lis cote I made for Lee for court and a matching sideless surcote and filet for me. My underdress is a white linen tunic, since I haven't made any fitted cotehardies for myself. |
